What is the earliest check-in time?
Check-in is from 2 pm.

What is the check-out time?
Check-out time is by 10 a.m. For a surcharge of HUF 6,000 guests may stay in the room until 2 pm, depending on room availability.

What is included in the room rate?
The room rate includes the price of the buffet breakfast, VAT and unlimited internet access.

Can we ask for extra beds?
Thanks to the King size beds of 200cmX280cm we offer the majority of our rooms are comfortable for use by two adults and two children under 10 years of age. There is an extra bed option in our Executive Rooms.

What baby/toddler facilities does the hotel offer?
For guests arriving with small children, we can offer sink step stools, toilet training seats, potties, anti-slip mats, baby cots with linen, feeding chairs and toddler cutlery sets.

How much discount do you offer for children?
Children staying in a room with two parents are offered a discount of 100% under the age of 6 and a discount of 50% between the ages of 6-14.

Out hotel accepts Széchenyi Recreation (SZÉP) cards. All the three types of cards: OTP, MKB and K&H are accepted.

Pets of small sizes are welcome at the hotel. There is a surcharge of HUF 3,800 per night for extra cleaning.

The local tax on tourism is not included in the room rates or package prices. The local tax on tourism is charged for guests above 18 and amounts to HUF 500 / night.
